General Information
This Privacy Policy purpose is to demonstrate the commitment of Leucotron Tecnologia da Informação LTDA to comply with the Law nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD – General Data Protection Law). We are a private company, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí/MG, at Jorge Dionísio Barbosa Street, 312 – Boa Vista 2. We are registered with CNPJ (Corporate Register Number) under nº 18.149.211/0001-56.
Leucotron understands the information’s private nature. Our premise is transparency, safety, and confidentiality in the treatment of personal data. This policy applies to all customers and visitors who access our websites, applications, and digital platforms.
Definitions
Personal Data: information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Sensitive Personal Data: Personal data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, public opinion, affiliation to labor unions or religious, philosophical or political organizations, data relating to the health or sex life, genetic or biometric data, whenever related to a natural person.
Data Subject: natural person to whom the personal data being processing refer.
Controller: a natural person or legal entity, governed by public or private law, in charge of making decisions about the processing of personal data.
Processor: a natural person or legal entity, governed by public or private law, which process personal data in the name of the controller.
Data Protection Officer (DPO): a natural person appointed by the controller, who acts as a channel of communication between the controller and the data subjects and the National Supervisory Authority (ANPD).
Personal Data Collection and Storage
The personal data collected by Leucotron can be, but not limited to, forms on our website, landing pages, blogs, e-mails, and instant messaging systems. They will be used for the identification of parties in legal documents, users’ identification for the use of products and services, payment and purchase processing, communication with current and potential customers, and recruitment and selection processes. There may be other specific purposes for using data depending on the product or service, in this case, Leucotron will inform the data subject in advance.
For the sake of local operational needs, such as quality, training, and clarification reasons, communications with Leucotron’s Customer Service may be recorded following applicable laws.
We do not intend to collect or process sensitive personal data during our normal operation. If necessary we will ask for Data Subject formal and previous authorization.
The collected data will be stored in a safe and controlled environment on our own or our partners’ servers, as well as on a cloud server (Cloud Computing).
Leucotron respects the data storage period according to the purpose of the collection. The criteria we use to determine the period of storage of personal data include, but are not limited to: (i) the relationship’s duration with the data subject; (ii) as long as the holder’s consent is valid, in the applicable cases; (iii) when confronting any legal or regulatory obligation that requires the personal data maintenance; (iv) to observe the legal statute of limitations.
Data Sharing
To Improve customer service and boost products and service sales, Leucotron can share personal data with some partner companies. These companies are committed to adopting the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the confidentiality and protection of this information. We never trade personal data.
Leucotron values the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data collected, but we can be required to disclose this data in case of legal and judicial order or previous request of the data subject.
What are Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
According to the art. 18 of the LGPD, the data subjects have the right to: request access, correction and updating of their data; ask about their use and treatment to request their portability (respecting the commercial and industrial secrets); delete the data (following legal or regulatory order); and cancel their usage authorization, in accordance with the criterias established by this law.

We use monitoring technologies to automatically collect information on the activities carried out on our websites, applications and digital platforms.
